Project background: A new heavy industry industrial park is being built in Dubai, Middle East. The local area experiences high temperatures of 45 ℃ and above, strong sandstorms, and extremely strong ultraviolet radiation. Ordinary bridge frames are prone to fading, sand accumulation, and deformation. Local buyers have repeatedly reported that the prices of European and American cable trays are extremely high and delivery times are slow. They urgently need a complete cable tray system with high cost-effectiveness and strong weather resistance.

Our solution: adopting a 2.5mm thick hot-dip galvanized large-span structure, with a single span of 6 meters without the need for intermediate supports, significantly reducing on-site construction costs;

The surface is thickened with a zinc immersion layer to resist wind, sand, and ultraviolet rays. The trough type bridge is equipped with a professional fireproof sealing cover plate, which meets the Middle East fire protection regulations. The entire export process is packaged according to standard packaging and complete documentation.
