Product Definition Aluminum alloy large-span cable tray (model DJ-L series, divided into DJ-T-L ladder type, DJ-P-L tray type, DJ-C-L trough type), reinforced with thickened aluminum magnesium silicon alloy, with double-layer rolled edges on the side plate and longitudinal reinforcement ribs on the bottom plate, standard single section of 6m, conventional support span of 3-8m, customized maximum length of 12m, full load deflection ≤ L/200, safety factor ≥ 1.5. Relying on aluminum aluminum oxide film for long-term rust prevention, lightweight, explosion-proof, and large-span three in one, suitable for long-distance wiring with mild corrosion in inland areas such as airports, factories, tunnels, and photovoltaics. Mainstream materials: 1.6063-T5 universal model, with a regular span of less than 6m, high cost-effectiveness; 2.6061-T6 enhanced version, specially designed for cables with ultra long spans of 8-12 meters and heavy loads; 3.5052 pure aluminum version, only used for short branch lines in clean workshops. Ⅱ. Complete production process flow 1. Strengthen integrated molding: The board is thickened by 2.0-4.0mm, the side panels are reinforced with double layers, and the bottom panel is reinforced with ribs; Ladder ladder with 150mm encryption; 6m whole board integrated processing, matched with 6m long bent and tee shaped parts; There are three types of structures: ladder type, tray type, and trough type. 2. Surface anti-corrosion treatment: ① Anodizing (standard, film thickness 10-15 μ m); ② Powder coating, interior decoration; ③ Fluorocarbon spray coating, high weather resistance outdoors. 3. The self weight is only one-third of that of steel, greatly reducing the load-bearing capacity of the roof ceiling, making manual lifting effortless, and increasing construction efficiency by 40%; 4. Native alumina rust proof film, which can prevent rusting in humid inland areas and riverbank factories for a long time, and does not require zinc rich repair paint for cutting sections; 5. Six meter long single section with fewer joints, improving lifting construction efficiency by 50% and shortening project duration; 6. Aluminum impact has no sparks, is naturally explosion-proof, and can be directly used in workshops where oil, gas, and dust are flammable and explosive; 7. The ladder/tray/groove three structure is fully covered, suitable for strong and weak electrical comprehensive wiring, the aluminum material is 100% recyclable, and there is no rust residue pollution in the clean workshop. Ⅴ. Applicable scenarios 1. Lightweight high-voltage cable backbone for large-span domes in airports, high-speed railway stations, and exhibition centers; 2. Outdoor long-distance overhead distribution of photovoltaic, substation, and energy storage power stations; 3. Subway tunnels, underground garages, and inland river side long span corridors with mild humidity; 4. Food clean factory area, oil and gas dust explosion-proof workshop, and northern cold outdoor factory area; 5. Unmanned inland field comprehensive pipe gallery, unable to undergo regular anti-corrosion maintenance. Ⅵ. Key points of construction and installation specifications 1. Insulation gaskets must be installed when aluminum alloy comes into contact with carbon steel brackets and bolts to prevent electrochemical corrosion; 2. The 6-meter bridge is lifted synchronously at two points, and a middle support column is added when the span exceeds 6m; 3. Each section of the bridge is grounded with stainless steel braided tape, and repeated grounding is added in tunnels and explosion-proof areas, with a total grounding resistance of ≤ 4 Ω; 4. Aluminum alloy partition plates must be installed on the cable tray for strong and weak electricity, and 6m sealed cover plates must be added throughout the outdoor and pipe galleries; 6063-T6 is used for ultra long spans over 8m, with a full load deflection control of ≤ L/200, and is equipped with seismic supports and hangers for high-voltage main lines; 6. On site cutting and polishing should be smooth, and aluminum specific varnish should be lightly applied in humid environments. Zinc rich anti-corrosion paint is prohibited; 7. Install aluminum alloy expansion joints for outdoor laying with a length exceeding 30m to counteract thermal expansion and contraction deformation; 8. Fire sealing materials are used to block the spread of flames and smoke through wall and floor openings; 9. All explosion-proof areas use a complete set of aluminum alloy accessories, and it is prohibited to expose carbon steel fasteners for impact; 10. After the completion of the food cleaning workshop, wipe the entire area to remove metal installation debris.
